1. Acceptance

By registering for or using Tradyn (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Access is granted only after your Account ID is verified against our introducing-broker (IB) records and your application is approved by an administrator. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including if your Account ID cannot be verified or you leave our IB ecosystem.

3. Educational purpose only

The Platform provides trading education, analytics, journaling tools, and live sessions. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Risk Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid Account ID. Sharing accounts or access is prohibited.

5. Connected data (MetaTrader / MT5)

If you connect a trading account, you authorise us to retrieve read-only trade and performance data to power your analytics and journal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for complying with your broker's terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content, redistributing course materials or recordings, or using the Platform for unlawful purposes. Course content and live sessions are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on the Platform are owned by Tradyn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access them for personal educational use while your account is active.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or loss of IB eligibility. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us at the email listed on our website.
