Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you register — your name, email, phone number, and Account ID — and information generated as you use the Platform, including journal entries, trade and performance data from any connected MetaTrader account, academy progress, live-session activity, and rewards/XP data. We also collect standard technical data such as log and device information.
2. How we use it
We use your information to verify your eligibility against our IB records, provide and improve the Platform, generate your analytics and AI journal insights, deliver live sessions and notifications, secure your account, and communicate with you (including password-reset and account emails).
3. Account ID & IB verification
Your Account ID is used to confirm that you belong to our introducing-broker ecosystem. We may cross-reference it with data available to us as an IB. We do not receive your broker password through this process; any MT5 credentials you provide are used only to retrieve read-only data and are stored securely.
4. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Platform, which may process data on our behalf, including: hosting and database infrastructure, object storage for video content, a live-streaming provider for live sessions, an email provider for transactional emails, a trading-data provider for MT5 synchronisation, and an AI provider to generate journal insights. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our website.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
